WHAT IS BLUE LIGHT?

It is closed to UV if you see this light on spectrum. Naturally, it is visible light produced by sun, emitted by LEDs. Also, this light is also present in computer screen.

CHILDREN NEEDEXTRA PROTECTION

Children today are more exposed to blue light than adults. Children`s eyes are sensitive because their eyes are less protective from Blue-light and UV effect.

  • Children tend to spend lot of time outdoors so they are more exposed to UV light three times higher than adults.
  • Children let in more UV light and that is why their crystalline lens is more transparent. In other words, their pupil is less efficient in filtering out UV light.
